Constrictor Cord 25' Tying your own bands is a great way to save money, have longer lasting bands, and get exactly what you want.

Our Dyneema constrictor knot tying cord is the best we have found. It's hard to do it wrong with this stuff!

You only need to tie a single constrictor knot and cinch down the knot until you can't tighten it any further. Cut and burn the ends and you're done.

With thinner cord, you risk cutting into the band material if tightened too much.
That is almost impossible with this stuff.
