Insole insert for all Cressi Gara Modular long fins using Cressi Gara Modular foot pockets. Set consists of two inserts left and right. Cut lines on the bottom indicate where to cut to fit the different sizes of Cressi Gara Modular foot pockets. These inserts can also be used with fins from other brands.
The insert is used to take up space inside the foot pocket, most useful for divers with narrow feet who need the full length of the foot pocket at a given size but it fits too loose. These inserts will take up the space exactly. They're approximately 1/8" (4mm) thick, made of flexible relatively soft thermoplastic material.
